This is where I point out how the problem could be solved if we simply had sane pricing for water.

Okay, Ravikiran is the best person to do that really, but you have riots arising out of a sense of entitlement to free stuff. If you priced water according to its value, TN would buy water from Karnataka at a price that was agreeable to both.

Ownership has to established if you need to price it. If that were established, we would not have issues in the first place.
