It isn’t just Reliance Infocomm which tries to cheat BSNL. BSNL employees do the same thing<\/a>. So who’s to blame- Reliance, or the stupid system of tariffs and cross-subsisdies that sets up arbitrage opportunities like this in the first place?<\/p>\n
