If there&#8217;s a country which liberalised cosmetics imports and retail at the same time as India, but didn&#8217;t win any beauty pageants, this could actually be tested.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amit Varma has won the Bastiat prize.
